
2 small Bundawarrah pork fillets (approx. 200g each)
1 tbs olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
Dressing
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar
3 tsp honey
Salt and cracked pepper
Asian salad leaf greens
Preparation Time 10 mins Cooking Time 8-10 mins
Cook under a preheated grill or BBQ on medium-high for 7?9 minutes.
