Pre-heat your fry pan, BBQ, grill or griddle pan on a medium to high heat. Combine the plum sauce and Soy sauce together in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the sauce on both sides of each of the pork butterfly steaks. Place pork Butterfly steaks on to the BBQ or pan or under the pre-heat grill and cook for 4 minutes turning only once during cooking.
