This marinade can be used on any of the Bundawarrah Saltbush lamb cuts.
It's great rubbed on roasts and on Bundawarrah Saltbush lamb rump steaks
2 cloves of crushed garlic or 2 teaspoons of bottled minced garlic
2 tabs of fish sauce or for a different taste substitute fish sauce with 2 tabs of light soy sauce
3 - 4 tabs of fresh chopped mint
1 tab of peanut oil
This is enough to marinate approximately 1kg to 1.250kg of Lamb - approximately 6 serves. You can refrigerate any unused marinade in the fridge for approximately 3 days in a sealed container.
