Creamy Thai Coconut Bundawarrah Pork Curry

Ingredients

 

600g diced lean Bundawarrah Pork
1tblsp oil
1x 560g jar Kan-Tong Thai Coconut Curry Stir Fry Sauce
Toasted flaked almonds for garnish

Serves 4

Preparation Time 5 mins

Cooking Time 15-20 mins

 

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over a high heat and brown meat well.

  • Pour the entire contents of Jar into the saucepan and simmer over a moderate heat 15 ? 20 minutes.

  • Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almonds and wedges of lime.
