The latest addition to the Bundawarrah TM range is Razorback air-dried pork Snacks.
This versatile shelf stable product is low in fat, high in protein, light weight and available in 3 flavours Chilli, Teriyaki and Choc Chilli.
Razorback snacks are similar to a jerky but with a much softer texture.
An ideal snack for the "person on the land", sports enthusiasts, anglers, hikers, sailors or adventurers.
Razorback snacks are also a fantastic addition to any pantry cupboard or caterer's shopping ingredients and are a quick and easy replacement for bacon in salads, in pasta and rice dishes and a tasty inclusion on a cheese plate.
Simple entertaining ideas with Razorback air-dried pork Snacks:
- Thinly cut Razorback snacks ( your flavour of choice) and add to baby Asian leaves, julienned carrot and red capsicum, seeded and thinly sliced cucumber, fresh bean sprouts and thinly sliced green shallots. Just before serving dress with a mix of 1tsp of sesame oil, 1 tab of light soy sauce, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of white vinegar.
- 2 quick low fat dips with a difference using Razorback snacks
* 1 tub 80% less fat Philly cream cheese spooned onto serving plate topped with 1/2 cup of salsa (home made or bought), finely chopped Razorback chilli air-dried pork snacks and finely chopped shallots or red onion. Serve with corn chips and vegetable sticks.
*1 tub 80% less fat Philly cream cheese spooned onto serving plate topped with thinly sliced and drained semi-dried tomatoes and Razorback teriyaki air-dried pork snacks. Mix together 1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and pore over cheese, tomatoes and Razorback snacks. Serve with water or rice crackers or mini toasts.
- Take a couple of good friends, 1 warm fire, a bottle of your favourite port and a packet of Razorback Choc Chilli air-dried pork snacks.
